Cara Mia May’s tote bag is made from vintage Italian velvet chenille tapestry bedspread from 1920-40s with rich and stunning colours with floral motif. It is a classy silhouette with bamboo top handles, as well as plenty of space for a bulky wallet, scarve, and some stylish gloves. This is an up-cycled project using fabric from vintage markets, hence each piece is unique. We believe in slowing fashion by creating timeless yet stylish pieces that would be forever pieces.
